Breg New to Grievance, New to Skyforge

Hi, Team!
I'm 43yo, half-Thai. Living in Central Washington, working in the tech industry as a manager. I'm a people person, like to joke and laugh.
MMOs are fairly new to me (within the last 4 years). When playing solo, I like games like Civ5 and Skyrim. When playing MMOs, I like Tera, Rift, and (now) Skyforge. Not much of a PVPer, mostly because I started MMOs so late so there's still a lot of button-mashing in my play style. I can grind and grind for hours.
I have a girlfriend, a bit younger than me, who is more of the flashy, go-fast player type. Grinding is definitely not her thing but she loves Counter-Strike, Ghost Recon, and the same games as above, mostly because she hates tab-kill.
Workwise, we're both doers, highly successful (at our levels). We've got lots going on in our personal lives but we like to sequester ourselves for computer time.
