Yesterday a zombie came up to me and wouldn't let me go, not sure if this was a bug but I couldn't pull a weapon out to attack or even run if I wanted too.

This ended sadly with my death and the loss of all my loot.

Was Q working at all? I've been overrun before (2-3) and just Qed to push them off then ran for it!

Ya.. you use Q. If a zombie get's too close, it'll do a grab attack and start to eat your face. Only way out is to do a push back (Q).

In fact, just always use Q. Learn to love Q. Q is OP right now. It pushes back any melee target and stuns them for a second.

It's a little scary at first, but let a zombie charge you (just spam Q and watch what happens). Keep spamming it after you stun it and watch how you stun lock it. With a little practice, you can stun lock 3 or more zombies at the same time taking no damage. After that, just get used to one shotting the zombie in the head with your bow right after you stun it. With a little practice, you'll be a zombie killing machine and never worry about the undead ever again. Now about those bears...

I'm hoping with the introduction of zombie hordes/herds that PvE becomes a bit more challenging.
