Wildstar's Big Plans for 2015

Post by Miarth » Fri Jan 16, 2015 4:30 pm

Next major update is on test servers, The Protogames Initiative.

Check out what 'Mike Donatelli, WildStar Product Director' is saying about 2015. http://www.wildstar-online.com/en/news/ ... -for-2015/

I am looking forward to it.

Wow! Nice changes!

I really hope they can revive this game for many. I think the option of free to play may help them a lot, since a lot of that game is perfect for vanity items, housing items etc. for a cash shop.

I miss my Aurin from time to time, and would love to get back in, even to just play with my house...but alas, I really do not want to carry a sub fee. I have actually canceled all of mine, and am having a blast game hopping several free to play, or less expensive buy into alpha games.

I wish them nothing but the best for their game, and only ever wanted to see it succeed. :)

I keep listening to the Strange Tales from Outer Space podcast to hear what is going on. I hope to get back in game at some point. I still have faith that the game will make it, the devs just need to find the right formula to start pulling in more subs! Miss you guys!

I think Free to play would revive this game too. Every game that has struggled in the past that has gone free to play has survived better than they did when they were pay to play. I definitely would jump back in if the game went that route. The changes they are going to be making seem like its going to make things not so hard for the casual gamer who is about half the player base of most games nowadays anyway.

Neato, thanks for posting.

I'll try to pop back in with some of these changes.

Thanks everyone for posting.

I've been in & out of the game for awhile. But I am on raiding most weekends. I have so much experience for us when we get going again.

REally looking forward to new update.
