Opnion on side differences.

Hi. I just recently picked up the game. I had planned to apply to join one of the guilds here. But right now I can't decide on the side. If I could be a Chua warrior, I'd be dominion in a second. Right now I'm thinking either human or Zombie elf warrior or Mech warrior. I'm leaning toward mech right now. Though it's a hard choice.

My question is do the stories of both stay pretty light and tongue in cheek? And are the stories for both sides good. In SWTOR, my favorite story was the Jedi Knight. But I also found the Sith Inq and Sith Warrior stories quite good as well.

Also are the players on each side about the same on the two guild servers? Equal ratio of good people to complete jerks?

Argh! So hard to decide. And I still have to decide between settler and explorer, too.

only difference is dom and exile , in the newbie area you can choose either starting area

I have only experienced the Dominion side of things so far, but the quests have been pretty good. My favorite part has been the narrator after you die. I have never laughed so much, nor have I minded dying because I am always interested in what he's gonna say!

Right now the Dominion guild is smaller than the Exiles but we are growing Everyone has been helpful and friendly and great fun to be around as we are all learning the new mechanics of this type of game play. No one has been rude or anything similar at all.

Whatever the side you choose, It's Grievance. Either one will be happy to have you

Picking a side is always tough... I would give each side a go, and see where you have the most fun and then stick with that side... This is all about having fun after all... You'll be welcome on either side... And there is nothing stopping you from playing in both factions... It's just when it comes to Raiding with Grievance that you have to pick one faction over the other...
