Fazed took this screenshot of several Grievance members 17+ outside of Thayd about to down the Air Elemental. If you are 17+ he drops an item for you, so even though he is a 5 man boss, they just grabbed everyone they could.

Wish I knew we could bring a raid force to do that. We 4 manned the Dominion one earlier and ironically have an imbuement to go to Stormtalon for our weps. We did try to do this boss, but he reset after he performed his dash each time so we gave up after we couldn't find a position he wouldn't reset on. This is a 20 man boss, but I took the shot while doing summons so I wouldn't forget
