For Anyone Else Unable to Get their Reserved Name

It looks like they came out with an update on it.

"Users are reporting their Reserved names are not available.
UPDATE: We believe this to be affecting users who have changed their email since Name Reservation, unfortunately due to the system it is not possible to award the new email with the reserved name."

Lol...Guess what I did. I had to do the email change since I am changing to a new ISP.

Yep. I changed mine for the google authenticator. :/ They said if you get a hold of customer service they can fix it. I imagine it will be a long while, though since they're flooded.
