Actually I uninstalled and am Redownloading atm. During the Nexus Report they suggested long time beta players might want to start from scratch to help improve game performance.

So I uninstalled last night got home today and was going to re install. NCSOFT during their maintenance some how removed my purchased copy of Wildstar from my account page and all my preselected billing info.

That's a pretty big snafu to make right before launch. I filed a ticket with their support team but I'm not holding my breath for a quick resolution. All the beta info I had and my ability to post on the Wildstar forums was totally removed.

I saw on twitter this is actually affecting a lot of folks hope no one else here is in the same boat.

...and that's why I didn't put my preorder key in yet then, I knew they'd have more issues. Apparantly it's happening to lots of people. I'm waiting for the head start server crash forum raging topics to arrive. Might not even start the game until a few days after headstart.

Still can't post on the forums and my NC soft still doesn't show wildstar, but I got into the page that let me download so I should be safe for launch!

And really that was all I cared about!
