Apologies and Abject Grovelling...

When I applied to join Grievance in Wildstar I may have, just possibly, as it were, failed to mention that I am extremely shy.
I meant to join you all last night in the End of Beta event. I leveled a new Medic to 17 (poor, poor 'DoomedToon'), but when I jumped on TeamSpeak most folks were in Council and I didn't know if I'd be intruding if I joined so I set myself AFK instead. Then I went back to PvPing and didn't notice immediately when the Council meeting ended... long story short, I didn't get up the nerve to request an invite to the group (and couldn't see you all in game because apparently I was in a different instance--oh, it's all too pathetic to go on with).
When my nick was called out I failed to notice right away because I was furiously fighting over a mask (which you probably know because--but I'm getting ahead of my story). I am so sorry! But when I tried to reply (after quickly un-muting my microphone at its controller), my voice apparently didn't go through.
So today I watched Azidex's stream to see what I missed (I had to go to sleep before the big finish anyway as I'm EDT and had been up since early morning) and also to find out whether anyone had in fact been able to hear me. I thought it odd that, during the first part (which of course I watched second) I kept hearing combat when everyone was dancing. At some point it started to dawn on me--but it couldn't have been my audio because I had it set to voice activation and my mic was muted, right? Also, if it was my game sound wouldn't it have been constant instead of off-and-on like that?
Well, apparently, yes it was my audio. I had my settings wrong (obviously). I think TS3 was registering my game sounds whenever I hit middle mouse-button, which was quite often because I had it bound to dash. I say "had" because of course today I have adjusted settings and changed (back) to push-to-talk with middle mouse and now I'll just have to get used to dashing with mouse button 4 and bind auto-run to something else. Bother.
Apologies all round to everyone who was forced to mute me in TS or had to go on listening to random combat sounds. (Thanks for finally moving me out of the channel and sorry--again--that I didn't realize when people were addressing me. PvP is every exciting and, also, very loud.) And further apologies for being too shy to get on TS earlier in Beta so that presumably I could have fixed this before it happened.
TL:DR Sorry for chickening out on the guild event and for the sound issue. Please, please don't Exile me (heh, heh
