After doing some of these and clearing all my addon's for a fresh start for launch I 2x my fps upto 90+.

Actually I've done all 3 of these "fixes" and saw 0 improvement on my machine. I run 20-60 fps depending on which zone, and of course loading into a zone starts super low and normals out.
