What's the plan for headstart? Is everybody going to start playing on 5/31 at 12:00a PST? Will there be a guild to be invited to if we don't have the name locked down or has that been resolved?

I'm kind of thinking that we'll have a situation similar to the name reservation thing right at launch. Some able to get in and some not. It's not a work day so everybody will probably trying to get in right at launch. Hope it's smooth but I have my doubts.

I'll be trying to play as much as I can that weekend because I'm going to miss the next weekend entirely because of a pre-planned trip. Hoping to group up with a few of you that first morning if it's a smooth launch.

I will be powering through Dominion side.

Last I heard nothing guild wise had been confirmed yet.

Do you have to reach a certain level or area before you can set up the guild?

Good questions. Dominion guild has a recruit meeting on the 20th and Exile guild has a meeting on the 27th. These will be good times to get updates like these. For now, Exiles initial plan is to start right up when the game opens. That's 3am my time.../shiver...but I'll be there.

The leader has to be level 12, have enough renown and gold to start the guild in Thayd. Current plan is to create a "Grievance" circle to act as a temporary guild until we get the real guild up and running. That circle will continue to be used after we have the real guild made for alts and such. If for some reason we can't get our Grievance name back in time then we will use one of our alternately reserved names until we can get things worked out with Carbine.

I'm pretty sure Dominion has the same intentions for release. Again, more info to come as we get closer.

I'll be up as well, but I don't know how awake I'll be =). I'll be heading to Northern Wilds to start leveling and I plan on getting as much done as I can in those first 3 days.

Ouch, 3AM... Not sure if I'll get up THAT early to start (EST here as well) but I should be on around 7ish or so

Yeah, right now my goal is to be ~40 by the end of headstart. I would set the goal as 50, but I will be doing the Dominion side Blind. I haven't even completed their arkship.

I am planning on being on when servers go live at 3am eastern on the Dominion side.

I honestly think the launch will be fairly smooth. We really haven't seen any major login issues during the beta. The major issue with the name registration was a web side issue instead of login servers. So hears hoping for a smooth launch. 11 days 20 hours to go.
