Introducing your newest Dominion Overseer!

With time comes change. Due to unforeseen circumstances, Creed is unable to fill the position of Executive Officer.

So we have culled the ranks and performed several excruciating procedures to flesh out our newest officer. Phantom will be joining the officer corps in the XO position. We welcome him to his new responsibilities and expect to hear much screaming as he performs his "interviews" to root out the Exile scum among us!
