Need some help

I know this might not be the right place to post it but will start here. I pre-ordered wild star. I get the email for the weekend when I get to the patcher is just reads Fail. So I disable my anti-virus (AVG). Still just reads fail I cant find anything to fix this I did not get a code for the weekend just a notice. I have my pre order conformation and a valid account at NC Soft any thoughts?

Most likely it's your firewall interfering. I would disable that and see if the patcher starts. If not that then I'm not sure where to go next.

Did you try right clicking on the game and do run as administrator?
