Many of us are going to experience this in the beginning of release. While there will be a plethora of "stay out of the red noob" not all mechanics are avoidable and we all make mistakes. This is a list of movement freedom abilities each class has and what level you get them.
Warrior - Unstoppable Force (24) gives 3 seconds of immunity and removes all forms of CC. Unfortunately you don't get this until after your first dungeon, especially considering both first dungeons have mechanics that greatly benefit from escaping mechanics. Off the top of my head the 2nd boss in KV and the storm birds in STL both have mechanics that freedom of movement is very important. Unfortunately not all classes have an easy out at that level, but it's good to know it's an option.
Esper - Fade Out (15) leap back 8m breaking free of all CC and reducing damage taken by 100% to 5 foes. Your get out of stun free card that has many uses.
Spellslinger - Void Slip (13) Fade to another dimension removing all disables and return 3.5 seconds later or sooner if desired. This would bug loot earlier in beta, I am unsure if that is still the case. This also works as a threat drop in a pinch.
Stalker - Tactical Retreat (13) This takes you to stealth and removes all agro. If you invest in the T4 it will also remove you from all CC which you can use at around level 30.
Medic - Calm (27) Break free from all CC restore shields and reduce damage taken by 100% from 10 foes. Comes late to the class, but pretty powerful
Engineer - Shatter Impairment (18) Break free from all CC and gain an absorption effect. Very useful and comes early to the engineer.
