The Server Saga

Having had lots of back and forth now with customer service since finding out about the region locking of the servers I can unfortunately say I am stuck. I had them look at my account and it is indeed european locked. I asked if it was something that could be switched in game and the responce was that the region lock is perminant and once your account is set it is perminantly with the current system.
As I have family who have bought Wildstar now and who are also now locked to european servers, its looking increasingly less viable for me to delete my account and move over to the NA servers rather than be on the EU ones.
As such having thought about it through trying to work this all out with customer service and the hassel this has been, I have decided that it would be better for me to move on and try and find an established european group to join with that hopefully will take my family as well.
Those of you I have spoken to on teamspeak have been lovely and it has been wonderful getting to know you all for the short time I was here
I am really saddened by the retail choice and being screwed over like this by the server lock. I think this is the right choice for me, but not one I thought or hoped I would have to make having already begun to really like this community.
I wish you all the absolute best in Wildstar and can happily say it has been a privilage.
Grail.
