-Sunder
-Bring it
-Recklessness

Merchant Clara Clearfield - Algoroc - Gallow (4078, -3946)
-Radiate
-Laceration
-Bust Out
-Shock Absorber

Provisions Officer Windfree - Galeras - Skywatch (5751, -2590)
-Cheap Shot
-Stance Dancer

Fenan Sunstrider - Whitevale - Thermock Hold (4575, -790)
-Bloodlust

Merchant Snowglimmer - Wilderrun - Fool's Hope (2070, -1733)
-Fury
-Detonate
-Overwhelming Presence
-Energy Banks

Quest : Trouble Tremors, part of Loftite Rush series - Algoroc - Tremor Ridge - Pappy Grizzleston (3768, -4645) **not 100% sure of the NPC**
OR
Quest : Reclaming Greenbough - Celestion - Arwick Redleaf in Glenview's Bulwark

Now, these 2 quests give you a choice between 3 amps for reward. The 3 options are :

-Power Hitter
-Full Defense
-Unyielding


As you can see, those 3 amps cannot be bought from any rep vendor NPCs (that I know of, at least). Each of these amps is very important to either DPS, Tank or PvP spec. Choose wisely. by completing both quests above, you can get 2 of them though.
