Last Patch Update before Retail - Huge amount

Good to see the 2 classes I'm most interested in (stalker&Spellslinger) have been given some love.
Stalker stealth was bugged and suit power costs needed tweaking, Spellslinger just felt weak across the board outside of using up spellpower.
