In this weeks dev speak on Ability mechanics there are 2 very interesting shots in the video that pass by very fast but may show the medic holding fist weapons

this first image shows what looks like a caster with two giant things on its back to our current knoledge no known class currently wields weapons like this
In this second image we see the weapons being help like fist weapons which show 6 player characters and the 2 in the foreground look like the engineer class and the medic we have not seen classes that use 2handed guns and only the stalker has shown fist weapons that none look like this.
If the medic is a melee healer i'm sure not only I will be looking forward to what kind of game play they can bring from this. there are other games that have had great success in this field such as WoW and the monk class and the bard in aion i believe it is. are all melee classes that fill a very good role in a raid and pvp being able to be very mobile and be close to the tanks with 40 man raids incoming we need melee healers in my opinion and they will be a essential part in a raid. Whether they are the support role or just flat out healers I hope that Wild star does do this and I in turn hop they do it well!
I Can not wait to see you all on nexus hope to see y'all there!!!!!

interestingly in the few moments of gameplay involving the 2h gun class it appears to be some sort of scatter gun, at least that's the ability we seem to see each time, which appears to be a short to intermediate ranged ability. The "paddle" class (they remind me of a defibrillator) could very well be melee as well or very short range, I guess we just have to wait for the class dev speak ...
... went moble

Looking at the positioning of the classes might also suggest the 2 in the back are the new classes. You can tell for sure that 2 of the 4 up front are Warrior and Stalker. The one on the far right might be a Spellslinger. That would leave the one on the left as the Esper.
The one holding the "paddles" looks to be a Mordesh. The Chua is holding a large rifle so that might be the engineer class. So having the 2 in back suggests they are not with the other 4 because they haven't been announced yet.
Guess we'll know more soon...I hope.

I am actually fairly interested in this class if it has a dps spec. From what it look like it might be monk-ish in its presentation. Hopefully Carbine will whet my appetite on this soon!

So with each class only having 1 weapon type in Wildstar, once you know thier respective "silhouette" you can pick them our fairly regularly and quickly ...
Right to Left on the row of four ...
Draken Spell Slinger, notice the shape of the tail (lack of fur with a nub on the end) and the dual wield pistols.
Mechari Warrior, tallest of the Dominion (and just roboti) and big ol' sword
Draken Stalker, tail, more obvious horns, and dual wrist blades
Cassian Esper, humanoid, chakram on the back
while as far as I know Carbine has never officially said that Esper's will use the chakram as a weapon, it is visible during gameplay footage of knownn Esper spells, so I feel it is a safe assumption to make.
In the back (closest to us) we have the Redacted & Redacted class, here is why ...
Carbine has said that each class has only 1 arc-type of weapon, ie a warrior will ALWAYS have a Sword, Stalkers will ALWAYS use the wrist blades, and Slingers will ALWAYS have dual pistols, they have not said anything about the Esper's official weapon, but if you search thru the video's more often than not you will notice a class with a chakram on its back doing Esper abilities (I fist saw the chakram during I believe it was the movement video on the "quad jump joke"
So if each class only gets 1 arc-type of weapon we know that the 2-handed gun and the .... dual scanner / defibulator's must be Redacted and Redacted respectivly.
The reason (according to Carbine) is for quickly identifiable shapes, so you know who and what your are fighting at a glance. Also EACH RACE HAS THIER OWN MOVEMENT & COMBAT ANIMATIONS, again according to Carbine, this way they can make you feel unique race to race, but you get a slightly different visual style alt to alt and with minimal "clipping"
/steps off the soapbox I accidently ended up on

yes i do agree i just think it is a cassian on the far left i dont see a prominent tail i think what you are seeing as a tail is just the skirt looking gear or "kilt"
If they did say that then that make a melee dps a confirm in my head if they are a healer we dont know yet

Not sure they look like fist weapons really... They are more like tools or some sort, or two-handed pistol contraptions, or perhaps ranged dart/syringe guns, or maybe some sort of medical goo launchers... In the first picture it doesn't look like they are attached to the back but more like hovering there, maybe they are drones of some sort?
Tis all speculation...

I totally though they were shoulder canons. I think the last healer will be something that maybe doesn't use any friendly targeting the goes on a pure movement/telegraph type healing. Which would be really cool, and if played right could be pretty awesome!

I would only doubt this because a all telegraph class would be very unreliable in high movement fights
