If you are set on going into Fixation, at the T2 level of Utility, Molasses looks better than Iron Reflexes. A 35% bump to armor for a light wearer is probably going to be less mitigation than the flat 30% (I am not a huge min/maxer number cruncher, but that is my gut feeling).
I had Molasses in the build, I guess I fat fingered the AMP when I was recreating the build. At least that is my story and I'm sticking to it. :)

Another thing I am going to look at a bit more is picking up Critical Hit Severity. I did not realize that it helped with Crit Heals.

The build I have is pretty solid now but I just need to tweak a few things and it should be good to implement.

I tweaked the Build somewhat. I decided to go ahead and pick up the AMPs for CC resistance, increased shielding and Critical Hit Severity. I almost dropped Mirage but I decided to keep it so I could swap it in the build if I needed it. I dropped No Pain No... And Psychic Barrier.

I thought about picking up Companion again but after reading how easy the Carrot dies, the small heals it does, how it bugs out and does nothing at times and the fact it costs 6AMPs, I decided against it.

So here it is... Build v1.2 which I think is looking pretty good and if no one has any other suggestions then I will be specking into this Build this weekend.

I will start looking for Air and Water runes shortly for when I start getting my Healer gear.
