If you are getting the "Retrieving Account Information" Err

Temporary fix until the server comes (you can play on another server-this helps you bypass the login screen).

1. Go to :

C:\Users\Usesrname\AppData\Roaming\NCSOFT\WildStar

(Username will be whatever name you have set for your Windows Account)

2. Open the account.emailname@gmail.com file in a text editor.

3. You should have:

chat.filter=true
login.realm=Bloodsworn
draw.subtitles=true

4. Change it to a different server, in this case I chose Stormtalon:

chat.filter=true
login.realm=Stormtalon
draw.subtitles=true

5. Save the file

6. Exit the text editor.

7. Start up Wildstar and you will at least be able to play, albeit not on Bloodsworn right now.
