Need some help

If anyone can do overlay and splash screen work, I am in need of some help. I have started streaming and I am terrible with that stuff. I'm in need of a screen that says " Stream will start shortly " one that says" BRB" or something similar and maybe even a overlay for the stream itself. I never got into streaming much, do you know what file types and size you need, I am very proficient in Photoshop and can design something for ya if you let me know what the specs needed are/

my main screen is 1920 X 1080 for the splash, going to try and get some screenshot this weekend to work with. i know i could just snag some but i want something more personal towards the stream and me. like i use a cactus alot in my icons and just trying to customize the look to fit my style. we can chat some this weekend if you like
