I found this Add-On just a few minutes ago and I really like it!

Hostile enemies turn your reticle red, non-hostiles turn it yellow. Its the same as the red and yellow auras, but more visible from a distance.

Also, it turns friends blue and fellow guild members green. Its not quite as convenient as nameplates, but its pretty cool either way.

Does Minion have it?

This is a handy mod. Happened to run by a random guild member in a town, and the reticule turned green and lit up their guild name so I was made aware that...."Hey! There's a guildmate right there!"
