Dragon's Prophet folk posted that when the game is released (Sept 18) that they were going to close Satuma & Bakra (indefinitely). They did say they would bring them back at some point but didn't know when. All new characters will start in Puretia when game is released. If you intended to collect all the pet eggs and had put it off; now is the time to run Satuma and Bakra.

Shautru started in Bakra, so she has the dog egg. I need the chicken and squirrel eggs. Since Puretia is staying open I decided to hop back to Satuma and try to knock out that island before the 18th. I had intended to make running those newbie areas an end-game thing to do; but, now kind of have no choice. It's funny, Shautru was 46 when I started the Satuma quests and she's actually dinged 47 there.

Just wanted to give folks a heads up in case you want to collect all the pet eggs.

Thanks, I forgot to post this even though i put in the guild memo. Also might want to get the titles. I believe once you get enough titles and get the proper colors you can become a dragon.

Why would they close starter zones? Maybe to help with the illusion when it releases that there are a lot of people playing by forcing new chars into the same zone? That's too bad!
