Would you please go through your list of accessory crafting (earrings, rings, necklaces) and see if any of them state whether or not they will definitely add "Draconic Influence" or do they all just add a random attribute?

They are random on jewelry so they will be very hard to get at first. It isn't on the list with other Attributes. It is now really a Ability, and is listed under "Other Abilities" when you click damage from the character screen.
Hopefully they are starting slow and will add more items and bonus fairly soon.
