I was finally able to resolve my apartment problem with SOE. They simple delete everything and gave me all my stuff back, plus the 500k for the apartment, which is great since the apartment is now only 100k.

You do have to spend 100k for the apartment. then you go in and in the first room is a large clock looking thing. Once you click that you can buy extra rooms or turn on the secret apartment. The secret apartment part is for free. However the first step is to buy, and click again to turn the second room into a very large crystal teleporter which takes you to a large plot of land for the biggest homes you can get.

Homes do drop as recipes now, and I have a mansion recipe that I can use 5 times but uses a lot of green resources.

That sounds cool. At 100k I might just get an apt of my very own.
