Is there no Lair Manager in Droan Town or am I just not finding him?

Nope Droan Town is such a pain but thankfully you're not there for long. Droan Town is part of Laedis but on its own island so you have to take an airship to Underworld Port on the main land to get to a Dragon Lair.
