Part of the translation is

• *New Guild Technology Added: Draconic Sanctuary (Required Guild Level 3 & Technical Point)
  *Game Update: All New Dragon Flutes gain after patch can be only be use in Draconic Sanctuary

So, if we haven't gotten the next tech yet, we may want to wait, or save up for this so we can use our FLOOOTS.
