Removing inactives to make room for new-returning players

Ok, here is a list of people I have in mind to remove in-case i need room for returning or new players

Please note i am putting down Contributions points last because the system does a better job of updating that more then levels. There is no set Contribution points to be in the guild; yet :

i Don't think we will ever have one, but i like to keep my options open.

Also note that i haven't seen any activity since i last did a paper and pen update at least 2 weeks ago. I simply need to make room for those that have interest in playing Dragon's Prophet.
