I'm Minne & I *think* Wildstar will be my main MMO for a while, though I intend to be playing several games very causally, hence why I got pretty excited when a friend of mine introduced my husband & myself to your community (they're playing SWTOR, and I'll be there too, but I like a whole lot of Wildstar...so I'm starting here lol).
Minne IRL - I'm a 30 yr old gamer girl (hai gggirls!!) I'm an IT accountant that plays with all sorts of info tech invoices for the insurance company I work for. Not glamorous, but I absolutely love it. <3 I've also gotten bitten by the fitness bug & have been playing around with Beachbody workout programs since Feb. T25 and 21-Day Fix currently and I'm hoping to get Insanity for my birthday next month.
Minne in Games -
Ex-WOW/GL - I'm coming off a very long stint in WOW where I was once a hardcore raider and guild leader. I've main tanked, healed, and DPSed in various expansions. When that got too much (ie - I got a "real job") I started my own guild which was a fairly good attempt at something between "Hard Core" & "Casual". About a month ago I gracefully passed leadership of that guild & I do not currently have plans to pick it back up with the new expansion. I'll just leave it at I'm not happy with the content release schedules they've been "promising" these past couple years & intend to take a stand via the pocket book.
Now that I have time to play games other than WOW, I'm swapping my play time between Wildstar, SWTOR and dabbling in LoL/Heroes of the Storm/LOTRO/Marvel Heroes/various stuff on Steam. While I try to follow my hubby around between games, we do a lot of playing our own thing & aren't attached to the hip in-game(s).
;) I also enjoy watching streams on twitch, primarily League of Legends (I don't play much, mostly enjoy as a spectator sport). I also have the capability to stream, though my PC tends to chug along depending on the game.
