Dominion - Bupu - Engineer DPS

Hello I don't see an application template so I will wing it.
I am a 36 year old veteran mmo gamer, I have played WoW, Rift, Asheron's Call (old school), Wildstar, and multitudes of various betas and other ftp games that seemed fun.
I have years of raid leading, guild management and my career is in management so I know how to handle people and work hard lol.
I am currently shopping for a weekend based guild, my availability gives me Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday off every week (barring last minute work situations), and the landscape is nil for recruitment in my own guild. Tried for 2 months can't even get a steady core of 5 lol. So myself and my Stalker Tank friend are on the search for a new home so we can sit our butts down and get smacked around by pixels!
Currently I play an Engineer DPS named Bupu - with a Tank set for the few times I am needed to tank something, which isn't often.
I also have an Esper named Mideon but the gear on him is so-so as he was shelved until they fixed Esper dps. I prefer not to heal but can if needed in a pinch.
