Hello all,

I am posting my intro here, as the Forum Registration seems closed to me.

I am old enough to have played Pong - this is all I have to say about that.
I have played a lot of RPG games and starting in early 2000s MMORPG games. I played most of the major ones, including WoW from vanilla to WotLK. More recently I tried Warhammer, SWTOR, GW2, and ESO. I am still playing some ESO mostly for the PvP (AvA) aspect of it. I enjoy both the PvE and PvP side of most games.

I started WildStar a couple of weeks back, currently leveling a spell slinger (mid 20s as of now). I was not convinced to start with, but the deeper I get into content the better seems to get.

I am looking forward to meet and play with you all.

Hi Void, Grievance is a community. The people that make up that community are the most important thing to us. We like to hear about those people when they join us. Please share some things about yourself.

Some examples of what others have shared are: marital status, location, hobbies outside of gaming, favorite sports teams, favorite books or movies, travel experiences, etc. We look forward to learning more about you and joining in a conversation with you over Team Speak.

I live in New Hampshire (for the past 15 years or so). Before that I lived all over the world: Canada, Austria, Hungary, Romania. My ancestors are from Transylvania. I do not sleep in a coffin - why would I
I do not have other hobbies outside gaming, although I read a lot and like pre-classical music (Vivaldi, Haendel, etc). I like Science-Fiction and I read a lot of it. I like many authors: Tolkien, Heinlein, Herbert, Hamilton, and more. I recently discovered GRRM - love the Song of Ice and Fire series.

I do not watch TV - have not had a TV for the past 15 years. We watch the movies that we like on Netflix. I watch 0% sports of any kind. I'd rather play myself than watch others play any sport.

I design/write software for a living. I've been coding since I was 13 and FORTRAN and punch cards were in vogue.
The wife does not like games and considers me childish because I play them - and I cannot say I do not see a point there

We traveled a lot and we've seen many places. Tuscany and Provence are among my favorites. I love Rome and Vienna but I did not like Paris that much. On the bucket list I still have Australia, New Zealand and Hawaii (we left the Pacific for last). We also hike (mostly White Mountains) when we have time.
