Exile - Engineer - Tanqueray

'ello all!
I'm a 37yr old "more-casual-than-I-used-to-be" player. I go by the name Gevkrye (gev-rik; no you don't have to pronounce it right, but now you can if you'd like ) online. It's a handle I've adopted from my main back in WoW of which I am a recovered Warcraft addict. Used to raid heavy back in the Wrath of the Lich King days. Got together, did some Icecrown, had a few laughs, what could go wrong. 4 raiding nights a week and a new job later and it was time to slow down . Cataclysm helped with that...meh. I currently get my WoW reminiscing fix through Hearthstone .
I played Wildstar in the Beta and immediately fell in love with the game. Reminds me a little of Firefly (very awesome!). From the narrator to the housing to the story... this game is full of win. I currently play an Exile Human Engineer by the moniker of Tanqueray (Tang-kuh-ray). I would play the HoloTaxi as my class if it were available and the jokes came with it. I'm enjoying a more balanced diet of game and real life with Wildstar; something I plan on perpetuating. I'm very interested in being part of Grievance's guild community.
In real world mode, I enjoy Tabletop RPG's, Board games (not like monopoly or sorry, more like Caylus, Seasons, and Dominion), pranking co-workers is also a favored past-time (once used wrapping paper to wrap a co-workers desk, items upon the desk, chair, and waste basket. It was Christmas Eve and I was feeling festive.), going to the range, Game of Thrones, Penny Dreadful, assorted wines and beers, and making my wife smile. (did you just actually say "aww" at that last part? 'cause if you did... I heard that)
Oh, if you happen to see The Hair Trigger Saloon when scopin' out the public housing in Wildstar, totally check it out. And lemme know what you think... or just check it out and plan on lettin' me know what you think, but not, because you were gonna, but just forgot...it's cool, man. That's okay too.
This section is for the folks who played WoW at some point and will likely ask the following:
What server? Ysera!
Horde or Alliance? Alliance!
Class? Yes. Plenty of class. I am sometimes known to be an alt-o-holic in games. My main was a Dwarf Hunter though, my Herald of the Titans title was on me Dwarf Deathknight (we needed a tank with the 275 gear for the achieve which was fine 'cause I loved tanking). I had a healer too. A Dwarf Priest.... yes they were all dwarves....and Kingslayers....but mostly Dwarves (I played the Norn in GW2 because they were most like the dwarves). There were more but I'm getting off-topic.
What guild? I was in The Fluffy Bunny Gang, Atlas, and then Prime. All good folks!
Do you like dwarves? Why yes. Though the exile races seem pretty cool so I mixed things up a little this time.
