'ello,
I'm a casual PvE player who is currently looking for a social guild. Your post on the official forums described you as a mature group with the ever-coveted ÔÇ£we're kinda familyÔÇØ dynamic. That sounds like what I'm looking for, so I'm here. Poking you. With my words.
I'm 29, based out of Portland (the western one), very silly, and can't spell. At all.
I work as a freelance artist, as well as a General Maker of Things. As a result, my game time isn't overly stable, and I will often play solidly for a few weeks before vanishing for a few more, and then coming back to appear only in the very early mornings. Obviously, this doesn't work for every group, and there are no worries to be had if it doesn't work for you.
I like playing a ranged dps/healer hybrid, and will happily slide along that spectrum if a game lets me. Currently, I've leveled Spellslinger, Medic, and Esper to 30, and will be sticking with the Slinger for the foreseeable future.
Her house is made of owl. She wins.
Down the line, I may be interested in raiding. However, that's decision's on hold until I see how the game feels at 50. With my wonky schedule, committing to multiple weekly times can be very difficult.
My past mmo experience includes WoW (Vanilla to LK launch), Aion, SWTOR, TSW, FFXIV:ARR, and fifteen indescribable minutes of Hello Kitty Online. Jumbled up in there, I've had extensive raiding experience, managed a guild, made a few real life friends, referred to quitting a game as ÔÇ£getting clean,ÔÇØ been asked to stop answering questions, and been seriously mystified as to why Keropie was throwing octopuses in my general direction. I'll admit, the last caused a ragequit.
Thank you for your time,
Ngaio
