Xiphous' Introduction

Hello! Xiphous here. Thank you for considering me for membership in your fine guild. My brother joined at the beginning of Wildstar and said he found some good folk to play Wildstar with and thus he recommended me to the guild.
A bit about me...I have played several mmo's over the years starting with SWG and most recently GW2. No one would consider me anything but a casual gamer. My life is busy with 3 sons, work, and my other activities, so I play when I can which is usually a couple of weeknights and Fri/Sat for a few hours. I log in at roughly 9 PST and play until 11:30 or 12 pm. I level really slowly as I do all the quests in an area and spend lots of time exploring and dying as I stumble into trouble. I'll team up with someone and they are sprinting from mob to mob, quest giver to quest turn in, leveling like wildfire and I'm over in some corner clicking on a barrel, harvesting a mineral, or trying to climb a cliff, I tend to piss them off. Needless to say if I team up with you once, the next time we're on together you'd be 5 levels past me. lol. Then when it comes to end game stuff, well, I'm horrible at pvp or high stress roles like main tank / healer as I get flustered and then just button mash. As you can imagine high end pvp/raid guilds are not for me. I'm looking to find a few people who play like me to level with as we explore Nexus. I know with a guild this size and "family" friendly you can accept someone like me with all my gaming warts.
ATM I am a level 17 engineer named Xiphous playing for the Exile faction. I'm having fun with the housing feature so if you want to be a neighbor or explore or quest on Stormtalon then add me as a friend.
RL stuff...44, married 23 years, high school Biology teacher, 3 sons, interests include: sports, backpacking, home improvement projects, kung fu, working out. I guess that's about it. If you have some questions please post.
