I've played games for some time and usally had issue with guilds staying from the start, recently i had that issue where a few 'core' people joined another guild, while alot was said before they left i've done mmos before and know when things are badly handled.
While dissapointed i've also learned that by this time guilds are normally more solid now then at the start.
What lured me into Grievance was that its has a decent history and when people stick around and stick with their princapals it makes it much more fun, while only level 40 atm i've tried to level as best as i can, i fully intened to raid when i can and while the shiny is always nice what i look for most is the chance to see everything and not get everything, unless its housing decor then i just want it
. I know that many times during progression you can't just switch people out but as long as people try their best i'm pretty happy.
