Remiel - Exile

Hello peoples.
I'm Remiel. I'm friends with Kemble and Skye(though she never calls or writes). Kemble told me about you guys and it seemed like a good place to be, so here I am.
I'm 37 years old. I live in Michigan currently. Much to the displeasure of my mom I'm unmarried and unchildrened. I tend to start online games with the idea that I won't go too crazy with it. Usually that's not what ends up happening if it's a game I like enough. Luckily I was born with an excellent metabolism. Because optional things like working out seem to go down dramatically when I find a new game I like playing.
I started online games with UO long ago. Then went on to Everquest when it released. Switched over to EQ2 briefly before moving to WoW a few months after it released. I quit WoW maybe 5 or 6 months after TBC was released and never went back. After that the only game I've really played heavily as far as getting into endgame and raiding goes would be Rift, which I stopped playing around the time SWTOR came out. I won't list every other game I tried out, but I spent a reasonable amount of time in FFXI, DAoC, LotRO, EVE, Guild Wars 2, SWTOR, and ESO.
I've only really been in a few guilds in all my time gaming. Joined my first real raid guild in EQ in '98 or '99. We were what would be called hardcore. Server firsts on most of the big stuff and all that. I was with them for 8 or 9 years between EQ and WoW. I was an officer there for the last 6 or so years of that time as well. I left them for various reasons right around the time TBC released. After that I was the guild leader of a not so huge, semi casual, semi hardcore guild until I retired from WoW. I joined the guild I'm currently in early on in Rift. I'm not exactly unhappy there, but they seem to be leaning more heavily towards casual as time goes by, and it doesn't look like they're going to have a very big presence in Wildstar.
I guess this is getting a bit on the long side, so I'll leave it at that. Thanks for having me.
