[Exile] Wildstar Application

Hello!
I've seen Grievance all about the MMO scene and never had the opportunity arise to join the guild, as I've always been playing with a small social circle of friends in MMOs. However, none of them intend on playing Wildstar at release (too bad for them!), so here I am!
I've heard of you guys before, as a former room-mate of mine and close friend named Kainis was in your guild back in GW2. I've lost some contact with him since he moved out of state, but he had nothing to say but nice things about this guild and he expressed that it's more of a community than a game. To me, that's what I enjoy. I've done the hardcore progression guilds before in previous games, but I honestly do not like making a video game seem like a second job. While I still enjoy raiding, and love the content Wildstar is going to provide in regards to progression, I was determined to find a guild that focused on building a community first and foremost. I really enjoy being a social person and helping others, while striving to play at the most optimal performance possible.
So, about me: I'm 27, live in Florida, attend college full-time and work full-time. With that being said, my nights are usually spent PC gaming unless I'm out with friends and family. I've been in the MMO scene since Dark Age of Camelot's initial launch, and have played most AAA titles in the MMORPG genre. Dark Age of Camelot was by far the most entertaining experience for me, as I spent 8 years playing there. I also spent a good deal of time in World of Warcraft, where I did most of my PvE-focused progressive raiding.
Most of my gaming is spent between League of Legends and DayZ currently. I was playing ESO but I couldn't get immersed in to the game at all, despite finding it relatively decent as an MMO. I played Wildstar's beta weekends and open beta, and I'm absolutely hooked. My entire tenure was spent on Dominion, as I didn't want to lose the satisfaction of that 'new game feeling' when I decided to play at launch.. which is why I intend on playing an Exile (despite the fact that Chuas are awesome).
As far as what I can bring to Grievance? Beyond the initial statement of my MMO experience, I have extensive leadership experience in past MMOs in the form of raiding and progression. I am personally a perfectionist when it comes to any game I play - I'm the type of person that picks one or two games and sticks to them for a very long time. I enjoy researching new encounters in boss fights, min-maxing my character and working towards becoming the most optimal at whatever role I choose. This, and my social personality I think make for a great combination in this community. I enjoy teaching others new things and learning from others based on their own experiences, and I am looking forward to growing with you guys in this awesome game.
