Application to join Grievance

Hello!
I typically go by Weebay, and I'm looking for a guild to play with in Wildstar. I came across your post on Wildstar Central.
I've played pretty much every MMO out there, but the most applicable to Wildstar would be that I played WoW for about 6 years and I was the main tank and officer for a PVE progression guild, we weren't number one on our server but we were pretty close to the top. So I'm used to showing up to raids on time, helping walk members through the mechanics of an encounter, helping people with gear choices, research strategies, solving disputes, etc.
I've been in the Wildstar beta for some time now and following the game for a few years and I couldn't be more excited. This game is everything I'm looking for.
Personally, I'm a very driven person, I enjoying make progress in end(elder) game content and I really enjoy PvP. I also understand that a raid is only as good as it's weakest member and I'm always happy to take extra time to help other guild members that want it.
Outside of the game, I'm 34, by day I handled civil lawsuits for an insurance company, I work some evenings as bouncer, I'm a big fan of craft beer and an avid weight lifter.
