Hey there everyone, my name is Andrew Lobb and I'm new to this community. I was born in 92 so that makes me 21 years old. I grew up around video games my entire life playing games like star control 2 on the 3do when I was a child and ever since then I've been a pretty avid gamer. The earliest MMOs I ever really played were Graal online and second life. (Had I known what second life was really like I never would have played it but I was too naive back then to understand)
The first time I ever played a big MMO was when I was introduced to world of warcraft when I was 14. Unfortunately I missed vanilla by about a month but I was able to experience BC and WotLK before WoW really started to decline. I played WoW up through to mists of pandaria, and I even raided for a little while before I finally decided to quit for good. For most of those years playing WoW I had made some really good friends in a family oriented guild that I was lucky enough to have been a founding member of.
Those were some of the best times I ever had playing an MMO and Wildstar really appeals to me as the next big MMO that I could really sink my teeth into. Some of the major things that make Wildstar appealing to me are it's Ratchet and Clank-esque art style, it's use of the traditional "holy trinity" of the tank, healer, and DPS classes, the skill based action combat system, it's incredibly fun looking housing system, it's promise of great elder game content, and pretty much everything else about the game, especially the path system.
Wildstar really seems to have everything I'm looking for in a great massively multiplayer online game and I'm interested to know how you guys think Wildstar will turn out!
