Hi,
My name is Darkon, AKA Jason. I am looking to join Grievance for the release of Wildstar. I saw the guild thread on Wildstar-central and have checked out the website and I like what I'm reading so I decided to apply. Im 41 years old, married with two kids and live in VA. I have been in Law Enforcement for 16 years but I'm still a kid according to my wife
I enjoy MMA, all types of music, football ( Go Pats! ) working out, playing poker and gaming. I started playing MMOs with AC1 then I was hooked. I have played AC2, DAOC, Aion, Warhammer, AOC, Rift, WoW, SWTOR and LOTR. I just cancelled my WoW account as I just cant play that anymore, I'm too pumped for Wildstar. So currently I'm just playing BF3, although I am considering Defiance until Wildstar comes out.
What I would like to get out of Wildstar and Grievance is simple. I'm looking for a good group of folks who understand that RL comes first and gaming should be for fun and not a job (unless you get paid to play). I'm looking for some laughs and to make new friends. Helping guildies is what its all about. I want to play with people who don't rage when you die fighting a boss and who want you to join them because of who you are and not your class. I dont enjoy being on Teamspeak with 12 year olds who play garbage music for all to hear and talk about how much they can drink, smoke or girls that want them or they want. I have no time for drama my work gives me enough of that. My play style is I usually level fast and have several alts. I like to see new content but I'm casual at best. I'm always down for some sort of PVP as its a staple in MMO experience. I work very odd hours and days off which do change through out the year so having a large guild that has people on at all hours is very nice.
Based on what I have read I think Grievance would be a good guild for me. Hopefully everyone agrees
