I am very passionate about gaming. I love games of all kinds, from tabletop RPGs to board games. I also like to draw, which I do in my spare time (which is not much anymore with MMOs in the picture, LOL).
I am a veteran MMO player, who has experience in several games, but none so much as Warcraft. I played WoW religiously from The Burning Crusade to Cataclysm. For the first few years, I was guild officer/raid leader for a semi-casual raiding guild. It was a lot of work, not always rewarding on the surface, but was an experience I was grateful to have. It taught me a lot about people, and I made some very loyal friends. It was with a heavy heart that I retired my post and transitioned into a hardcore raiding guild alongside my husband and best friend. We wanted to at least try to push ourselves to the max - and it was glorious. Wrath of the Lich King was a fantastic expansion, and we rode the wave on the cutting edge. Was it fun - yes. Was it worth it - no doubt. Would I do it again - heck no

My role in MMOs have statistically been ranged DPS. I think this time I am going to break from tradition and go with a melee class. I will be starting with a Human Warrior named Slayte. My primary alt will be Myrranda/Aurin Spellslinger (a throwback to my Night Elf Hunter of the same name). I'll be running Exiles with you folks, since that's what my RL friends voted on, but I am excited to hear there will be a Dominion branch as well - that story looks interesting to me too!

So... that was a mouthful... I do that, sorry
