As I get the others to post on the Forums, I will post a bit more about myself.
Let's see, I used to play FFXI that was my very first MMO that really engrossed me. I played for I'd say about 2 years? Or it sure felt like it, I can't honestly remember. I do remember playing as a PLD/WAR and loving every minute of it. I would stay up countless hours go to work and then play more after work, I was a true Insomniac back then.
Then back in early-mid 2006 I had some guys at my college I attended tell me all about WoW and completely hyperbeast-moded the crap out of it. So, of course me and a friend went out to Gamestop and picked up a copy ASAP, installed and was then completely enthralled by every second of the game. I could not unglue my eyes for hours to days (other then I did work a Tech job, so that sucked me away at the time). My later times in WoW I did invest in Raiding, TBC being the hardest of hardcore days that I had, I raided in 25 Mans and did a lot of different things back then. WotLK I was more casual hardcore, Cata I completely skipped and MoP I was pretty much solely casual.
I've tried several MMOs since I've lost interest in WoW (not the Lore, still enjoy the lore). GW2, TERA, RIFT, AION, SWTOR (might play more until Wildstar releases) and countless F2P games, lots of browser games. I wasn't even really interested in Wildstar at all, I just signed up for Beta back in February 2013. I seen some hilarious videos of Wildstar and became intrigued the more videos I watched of Dev Speaks and such. I was able to Beta twice so far and I have to say I'm having fun, it's kind of like the old days in WoW, I'm finally excited about an MMO again and it's really nothing "new", more it's refreshing and seems to have a very lot to offer.
-In Wildstar I plan to main a Warrior Tank on the Dominion side. Dominion side really intrigues me, has nothing to do with the races seeing as I like Mordesh probably the most out of all races. I really like how they band together and wish to keep the planet whole and true to it's nature. However, I will probably still end up with an Exile at some point, or make one just to do it.
-I will be casual most-likely, I just do not see myself being able to raid at this current time in my life. I'm just fine with this, even though I have a hardcore mindset, which makes it hard to play sometimes as a casual, lol.
As for my real life: I'm currently just a cook at a restaurant, nothing at all fancy and I'm looking at new career opportunities always, hoping to capture something awesome.
-I'm about to go on a lifestyle change to make myself healthier and become a bit more fit to keep up with my busy and crazy life that I run now. I may only have 2 kids, but it's not just the kids I have to worry about, I have lots of other obligations to attend to.
-I am also in the process of finding a new place to move with my family, so it might be shaky at first in Wildstar
