Not anymore. Fire Temple has no pre quest now but there is a rare quest that drops a Fire Temple key and with that you have unlimited access to Fire Temple with no waiting time in between.

Kill Temptresses and Obscuras inside the temple and you ll have a 4% chance to obtain the key. Double click to activate the quest.
Chaotic Temptress 5.03%
Inflamed Temptress 4.40%
Shadow Obscura 3.75%-4.39%
Raging Obscura 3.28%

I heard a beautiful woman, Fuchsia the Walking Encyclopedia,
worked in Sanctum (for walking she sure stays in one place. ps that's why men think women are cold as statues) so I gave exams for a desk job to become a librarian in Sanctum but i failed so i became as Cleric. Medic anyone?
