I think I figured out the rights to upgrade issue, but have not tested it. There is a claim button that needs to be clicked to claim the building and then that player has rights to upgrade. Then the next person can click the claim button and initiate the next upgrade. At what island upgrade level is...

I finished the last two buildings last night. I tried to upgrade the stone mason to level 2, but I didn't have the rights to start the upgrade.

I agree on the cooking station. We can craft the low tier items without feeding the buildings, but the higher level materials will require food.

Food is going to be in great demand. The cook station and farms will be pretty important.

Once I get some extra seeds, I will plant some carrots on the guild farms for feeding the guild buildings.

Awesome. I will head over there tonight and start gathering wood and stone for upgrades.

I am focusing on crafting leather gear and daggers. I can currently craft T4 in all three leather pieces and daggers.

I will try to log in tonight and PM for an invite. I have an island in Fort Sterling. I will keep it there for now if we want to have islands spread over the world map.

I am playing around Fort Sterling. Bought a private island, but have not upgraded it yet. I could abandon it if you are headquartered in some other city.

I have been waiting for this to launch since Alpha.

I have been playing since alpha testing, and I really want this game to be a hit. I really like the concept of everything being player crafted and the player driven economy.
