So... Martine convinced me to play (at least for a few) at launch. The only class I found during the OB that I cared for much was the spellslinger. Any suggestions on more useful skills as you start gaining levels? I didn't get very high as my mind was distracted elsewhere.

It will be easy to fill up bank slots with crafting mats... do know I already used that method a couple betas ago with Martine. Sent him gear for my alt, had him return to sender so I wouldn't have to bother going to the bank. lol

Keyboard & Mouse.

The Oracle is quite a bit more fluid, especially once you get up a few levels. Mine is 12 as is, I believe, when I logged earlier. Guardian (8 or so) still feels stiff control wise, primarily because of the long delay with the default right click skill.

So, I downloaded the new client and logged in. Been playing about an hour so far because I can't sleep. Compared to the time I played in closed beta, the controls (especially combos) feel exceedingly stiff and unresponsive. This is the guardian compared to the closed beta one, anyway. Haven't tried ...

Aion is supposed to be a pvp based game, but endgame pvp (the only pvp worth bothering with on Aion) is anything but balanced... Looking forward to 4.0... maybe it'll give me a reason to break away from the Asmodian side a bit more by playing one of the new classes. As Martine can attest, I've always hated rerolling similar (or the same) classes after having started them once. lol
