BRF and Highmaul got their demoralize nerfs in 6.4.2.

Mythics got a 20% nerf, and HFC got the demoralize nerf this patch.

Is this why you cant have nice things?

I cant speak for what grievance alli require, this is just a thought on PVP gear. Generally in this expac their is no differance in PVP vs PVE gear until you start getting into set bonuses, trinkets and with the recent patch rhe fact that honor gear cant be valor upgraded.
